IBA Training - Communication Styles

On November 30, we will host an IBA Training on Communication Styles and Personality Types together with Joust

This day will consist of a workshop communication style, which include the DISC method and the LSQ technique.

DISC is a type of assessment that gives insight into your personality type and communication style. During this training, we will discuss your outcome. You will also gain insight into your preferred communication style. This will teach you how you can use it to your advantage and it will give you more insight into the preferred styles of your environment and how you can use this insight to your benefit. Also, we will provide you with some tips and tricks about the method of LSQ. With the method of Listening, Summarising, and Questioning, you will get more structure in your communication which is useful during job interviews.

 

This training will be provided by Joust.
